Xero’s biggest advantage is that it is a cloud accounting software program. Cloud software is software that uses the internet to input and store your bookkeeping records. This means that the information you input is readily available and updated for your accountant or other team members to view. Therefore, no more updating your software, no more taking backups of your work, and no USB sticks to transfer information from one person to another. When using Xero all you will need is a device connected to the internet. While there are other programs that are cloud based we have found Xero is the most user friendly version.
