Covid 19 Update

We are pleased to be able to provide an update on our Coronavirus preparedness in the lead up to tax time and how we can continue to work with you. We have been working hard to implement these changes and hope they provide you with some clarity

• We are able to offer appointments face-to-face (subject to strict social distancing and maximum people per office requirements) or via telephone. All tax returns and other documents are able to be electronically signed to minimize contact or can be signed as normal should you prefer face-to-face.
• Our office has implemented increased cleaning and strict hygiene procedures as well as making hand sanitizer available at all times. It is a condition of entry to our office that you utilize the hand sanitizer on entry and during appointments where necessary.
• We ask that clients wait in your vehicle and ring the office on arrival for your appointment. A staff member will then either tell you it is safe to come in to the waiting room or ask you to wait in your vehicle and they will call you back to let you know when you may enter the building. This is designed to minimize contact with other parties.
• We ask all clients to be as punctual as possible so that we can ensure a safe flow of clients and staff through our office.
• We ask where possible to minimize the number of people coming to our office. Due to the sizes of our offices we are limited to how many people are allowed in each room.
• If clients are showing any signs of being unwell we ask that you refrain from attending our premises and utilize our phone appointment service. Also if clients have had contact with any Covid-19 cases in the last 14 days please do not come to our office. We can offer our full services via phone in this case.
